We at Animal Eden are confident that you will be more then happy with our services. We also understand (especially if this is your first time to use the services of a pet sitter) that you will want to be clear on what is involved. Below are some of the more frequently asked questions. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your question is not answered here.

Q. Please can you describe what happens during an initial consultation?

A. The initial consultation is an opportunity for you to meet with us at a convenient time, we will bring our insurance documents, registration details, and CRB checks for you to view. If all parties are happy to proceed, we will go through the booking forms with you. We will also need to be shown around the areas where your pets are allowed. Please allow 30 - 60 minutes for this process as it is important that we have all relevant information to ensure that your pet/s and home are taken care of to the very best of our ability.
